1. Devon Shines Cleaning Services will provide cleaning services to the best of our ability, using industry-standard techniques and equipment.

2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the premises are accessible and safe for our cleaning staff. If there are any hazards or restrictions, please notify us in advance.

3. Customers must provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon with Devon Shines Cleaning Services.

4. Payment must be made in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash or debit card payments.

5. Devon Shines Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse service if the premises are deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

6. Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Devon Shines Cleaning Services is liable for any damage or loss of property that occurs during the cleaning process, unless due to negligence on our part.

8. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information for scheduling and communication purposes.

9. Devon Shines Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the size and condition of the premises. Customers will be notified of any changes in pricing before services are rendered.

10. By hiring Devon Shines Cleaning Services, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any disputes or concerns should be addressed directly with our management team.
